Review: I was expecting this to be velvet as I bought it on the velvet special offer code. Instead it's a soft scuba style fabric with a nice level of hold and stretch.
Pros: opaque, soft, mostly matte fabric.
Cons: Not quite midi enough.
Bottom Line: It's not velvet but who cares!.
