Great customer service! :). Pros: Great corporate gift. Staff of major international corporations are wearing these now. Cons: Shipping was expensive because it is charged per cufflink pair. It is small, but you can tell what it is and he is very pleased with them. They are sturdy and well made and the photos is nice. Pros: Well made. They have a back that bends to keep the cuff link in place. Cons: There isn't really much you can do about the fact that the photo is going to be very very small.
